Phase 1

Basic Underwater Certification

This will allow the students to participate in open water dives
and be certified to rent equipment and allowed to get air fills.
A card is issued to the student for this purpose.

Phase II

Advanced Open Water

This will allow the student to become more comfortable in more complex situations and environments. Navigation and night diving as well as advanced safety procedures are introduced.

Phase III

Rescue Diver
This will allow the student to become familiar with the use of search patterns and extreme hostile environments:

Deep water cold diving
Under water currents
Under water hazards
Life saving procedures
Ice Diving

Phase IV

Master Diver
When the student has logged the appropriate amount of dives and has completed all standardized training and has shown proficiency in the under water environment to the required standards.

Phase V

Evidence Location Specialist
This is an advanced level for the underwater investigator and involves methods of location
recovery and preservation of evidence.

Phase VI

Deep Water/ Mixed Gas Certification
The use of various mixtures to allow the diver to safely remain at depths beyond normal limits.
The safety involving the inherent dangers of deep water diving and advanced life saving procedures in the event of a deep water diving accident.
