A.R.M. MEMBERS ARE DEDICATED MEMBERS

Strict Policies Are in place to be considered for eligibility to join our Expert Teams. A great deal of time and training is given to each Charter and Junior Member, Therefore we ask that each applicant prepare to be interviewed by phone and in person!

Members/Applicants must be at least 18 years old
Members are required to pay an annual membership fee
Members must complete training courses approved and recognized by A.R.M. Board of Directors
Members are required to reach proficiency and eventual expertise status to meet A.R.M.'s Highly Professional Standards
Maintain those standards at all times.
Junior members must be accompanied by full Charter Members at all times
Junior members will graduate to charter team member status once proficiency is proven and Voted on by active and current ARM members
Background checks on new applicants may apply
Members must agree to continue to educate and learn and possible cross train as needed.
Every A.R.M. member must agree and are required to keep anonymous when asked to protect family, individual and A.R.M. privacy rights
